April 2nd, we celebrate World Autism Awareness Day

April is Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month. And this April 2nd, we celebrate World Autism Awareness Day! We at UCLA CART are committed to raising awareness, encouraging acceptance, and increasing access to autism resources for all. We celebrate and recognize those with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and work towards a more educated and inclusive world. We aim to raise $2,500 in the month of April, which represents helping a low-resourced family access much needed clinical services for ASD.

Find out how you can get involved and get more information about UCLA CART’s research, treatment, and events by exploring the UCLA CART website. If you would like to make a contribution to support UCLA CART, please contact Christopher Carbado, Director of Development for UCLA Health Sciences: ccarbado@mednet.ucla.edu, 310-562-6498, or click here.
